Phyllis C. Reinhardt is a Member-at-Large on the PWNEPA board of directors. She is a veteran of the Air Force. Additionally, she retired as a Master Sergeant from the Army Reserves after a 20-year career. While assigned to 103rd Corps Support Command, Des Moines, Iowa, she served as a dual status civilian employee. After retirement from the Reserves, Phyllis continued to serve in the position of Family Program Director of the 77th Regional Support Command. She retired from this position in January 2001.
Currently, she is a docent at the Everhart Museum and a Penn State Master Gardener in Lackawanna County. She is President of National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) Scranton Chapter 129 and was appointed 8th Congressional District Liaison by the Pennsylvania NARFE Federation.
