Women are Energized!

Updated: Mar 15, 2019

And, PWNEPA is here to help!

Bridget Malloy Kosierowski's victory gives PWNEPA hope that more women will be interested in running for office. In today's Times-Tribune article by Sarah Hofius Hall, Bridget advises women who may be considering office to "Think about what you can do. Think about your skill set, what you can bring and don't be afraid." (Read more here.)

PWNEPA is here to help with any of your fears and nerves!

If you are a woman who is interested in office and you are not sure of the next step, please consider attending Ready to Run, just as Bridget Malloy Kosierowski did or the LWV Campaign School (or both)!

Also, don't forget to join PWNEPA to meet other politically minded women. Practical advice from experienced women can alleviate a number of your concerns and provide new ideas and guidance to solve particular problems. Our next general meeting is March 26th @6pm at the Scranton Club (basement of Posh).

Also, if you don't want to run, but want to encourage women to run, please consider joining PWNEPA! We need your support and would enjoy meeting you at the general meeting!

Newly elected State House Rep. for the 114th District, Bridget Malloy Kosierowski. Background PWNEPA Board Member, Jan Kelly.
